What happens when I scrap my car ?When your scrap car is ready to be collected you need the following: your Emirates ID. your keys, if you have them. your documents (Mulkiya, Vehicle Ownership Documents). and finally, don’t forget to remove any personal belongings. We will then sort out the paper work and make the payment for the car.

Is it necessary for my car to be easily reachable in order for it to be collected?We will make every effort to collect your car, even if it's located in a challenging spot. However, if you don't inform us otherwise, we will assume that your car is easily reachable. Accessibility, in this context, means that your car is parked on stable ground with properly inflated tires, ensuring safe loading onto a recovery vehicle. It's important for you to notify us if your car isn't accessible due to reasons such as being blocked in, having a locked steering wheel, or having flat tires. Such issues could impact the car collection process and the accuracy of the initially quoted price. Should you inform us of potential accessibility issues after we've provided a quote, we will inform you whether an adjustment to the price is necessary.

How will I be paid ?Payment will be made in cash once the paper work is completed. Alternatively, payment can be made by bank transfer once the paper work is completed.

How can I reschedule or cancel my car collection?To change or cancel your collection appointment, please contact us through phone or email. It's best if you can inform us at least 24 hours prior to your originally scheduled collection time. When requesting a cancellation or rescheduling, kindly provide your name and contact phone number. If you're opting to cancel, sharing your reason would be appreciated as it contributes to the enhancement of our service.

Is it necessary for my car to be completely free from any damage?We specialize in purchasing damaged cars, but we may request details about the extent of the damage for clarification. Here's an explanation of these terms: Major damage refers to significant harm resulting from incidents like accidents, collisions, fires, floods, theft, or vandalism. Wear and tear encompasses reasonable minor issues expected for a car's age, which might include rust, small dents, and scratches, but it does not involve major damage. Undamaged means there are no visible signs of wear and tear or damage.

Is it mandatory to provide the keys for my vehicle?We do purchase cars even if they don't have keys. However, if you've informed us that your car is capable of starting and driving, then you will be required to provide the keys.

Does it make a difference if my car has been declared as a write-off?We do purchase cars that have been declared as write-offs by insurance companies.

Is it possible to sell a car with outstanding finance to you?We do not buy cars with finance or outstanding loans.
